As a product of growing up as a U.S. Army brat, losing my mother to a nearly nine year fight against metastatic breast cancer, and navigating the 21st century as a LGBTQ+ man— I aspire to challenge and encourage others to reckon with the truths we hold to be self-evident within ourselves through my artwork.
